About Us
World class innovation from New Zealand
Globally, New Zealanders are known for our innovative thinking and our world-beating attitude to challenges. Unfortunately, we are also known for our devastating record of road deaths. That’s something ROBOS hopes to change.
ROBOS is a completely new, patented road barrier system invented by Marsh Hudson. Challenged by a friend in the transport sector to design a solution that overcame the limitations of the incumbent systems used on this country’s roads, Marsh drew on his global experience. His work on automated pipeline installation and innovative transport approaches overseas informed his thinking and led to a revolutionary solution — ROBOS.
We’re excited about the potential to disrupt the existing paradigms in roadside and median barriers. It offers significant benefits for transport agencies, contractors and emergency services but, most importantly, ROBOS will save lives.
